IMPROVE YOUR LIFE IN A MONTH! STARTING AUGUST 1, 2009

To improve, you need change. And to change you need to change what you're doing right now. We can worry and complain about everything we want in life, but to reach our goals, we'll have to get our butt off the couch!

Each day, starting July 31, 2009, we will post a new assignment for the next day. That's 30 days = 30 assignments. Easy breezy!!

    First yoga class in a while. I liked it. I will do it once a week.

    • 10 laps swimming

    • 5.5KM in 35 min on treadmill

    • 20 laps swimming

    Had to recover all day.

    • Week 1 - Day 3 of hundredpushups program. Amount of pushups in final set was 19 today. Wow. First day I had trouble with 5. 

    Goal for end of May is 50 consecutive pushups.

    Haven’t been tracking my food intake. 

    Work out: 

    Today was such a sunny day that I just felt the need to run outside. So I downloaded the Nike+ GPS app on my phone and ran to the beach near my house. It’s great because it tracks using GPS. Getting to the beach takes me about 15 minutes. It felt good to see the ocean. This was my view.

    After that I used the Nike Training Club app to do a 15 min ab work-out. 15 minutes seems nothing, but it’s 15 minutes of high intensity exercises. So it works. 

    • 30 min run/4.5 km 
    • 15 ab burner, get focused. nike training club
