IMPROVE YOUR LIFE IN A MONTH! STARTING AUGUST 1, 2009

To improve, you need change. And to change you need to change what you're doing right now. We can worry and complain about everything we want in life, but to reach our goals, we'll have to get our butt off the couch!

Each day, starting July 31, 2009, we will post a new assignment for the next day. That's 30 days = 30 assignments. Easy breezy!!

    Ouxu

    A few weeks ago I attended The Nike Blast, a Nike Women convention at the Nike HQ in Hilversum. Among the Nike Free XT shoe they also introduced a new app, The Nike Training Club app. A very cool app which you can use as your personal trainer. It includes work outs ranging from beginner to advanced and enables you to choose your goal: become lean, toned, strong or focused. 

    I will be testing this app in the coming weeks. After 2 work outs I can say this app can compliment your usual work out. It’s easy to use at home. 

    Work out: 

    I did the Get Strong/ Beginner / Full action/ 30 min work out of the Nike Training Club app. At home.

    I thought: Let me choose the beginner to not make it so hard on myself. But damn.. if this is beginner I’m just wondering what advanced will bring. These exercises are not for the faint of heart. I’m starting to like this app more and more. The videos included in the app really make this app. If it wasn’t for the videos it would’ve been much harder to figure out the exercises. It really does feel like I have a personal trainer by my side.
